Psychotherapy for Adults

People enter into psychotherapy for as many reasons as there are people. In general, though, they hope to reduce their pain or suffering, improve their relationships with their partners, friends, family, or coworkers, or learn more about themselves and who they are. Although therapy helps people with mental health struggles such as depression or anxiety, not everyone who can benefit from therapy has a mental health diagnosis.
